Digital products and online accounts are usually delivered or activated within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Because of the nature of digital goods:

  • All sales of digital products are final once delivered or activated
  • No returns, refunds, or cancellations are available after delivery or activation
  • Activated software, licenses, memberships, and online accounts cannot be reversed

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products, where offered, may require 3 to 7 business days for preparation, testing, and packaging before shipment.

All shipments may include tracking information where available.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information. AutoCodeWorks is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Risk of loss passes to you once the product is transferred to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other local charges are the customer’s responsibility.


5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For physical products, return requests must be submitted within 5 business days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be unopened and undamaged
  • Include all accessories, parts, and documents

Claims regarding shortages, wrong shipments, or damaged items must be reported within 1 business day of delivery.

Returns may be approved for replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders for physical products may only be canceled before shipment preparation begins.

Orders for digital products, downloads, activated accounts, software, memberships, or other electronically delivered items cannot be canceled once delivered or activated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

If an order is canceled by us due to pricing error, technical error, or processing issue after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on destination.

We are not responsible for typographical, technical, or pricing errors on the website.

If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and issue a refund if payment was already collected.
